Nicole Smith Woodard is a 5th generation Texan and life-long resident of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. She has helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes since 1995. Almost all of her business is either repeat or referrals from her happy clients whom she calls friends. Nicole actively serves her community in numerous ways and especially enjoys being a Rotarian as Rotary’s motto of “service above self” resonates with her on a personal and professional level.
