The Parks and Recreation Division maintains close to 1,000 acres of parkland. There are also 12 miles of equestrian trails and 14 miles of unpaved hike and bike trails for public use located along the northern shores of Grapevine Lake. Many of our neighborhood parks offer a variety of playgrounds, covered picnic shelters, cooking grills, park benches, and basketball play pads. Residents also enjoy numerous youth and adult baseball, softball, football, and soccer fields, and public tennis courts. For more information about the Town’s Park and Trail system, please visit
